Third-party equipment warranty

When your equipment is covered by warranty from a third company and it requires a return to the manufacturer, we will take care of the transportation of the equipment to the service, the communication with the service technicians, and the monitoring for deadlines and the restoration of normal operation after the completion of the repair. If you are not sure whether your hardware is fully repaired, we can test it to assure that it is reliable and you can count on it. If we find that the hardware is not repaired completely, we will go back to the computer service and will follow the entire repair process. If your equipment is out of warranty, we can offer you our service for computers, laptops, printers, monitors and other peripherals. In all cases, when you have a problem with a computer or other office equipment, we will provide you with full support so that the hardware is repaired quickly and professionally in the most appropriate service, without the need to wait for spare parts.
