Software installation

You will have to provide the software and its license information. If a complete reinstall is needed, our technicians will perform a full backup of your disk onto another. Thus is eliminated the risk of data and settings loss during the reinstall. After the completion of the process the technicians will restore back all your settings and data.
You will be informed of every new service pack released as well as new versions of the installed software.
